Each morning, enjoy a sumptuous breakfast served on the verandah overlooking the valley towards the mountains and the sea, or in the cooler months, in the dining room by the open fire. Gourmet picnic lunch hampers are available to take away and explore the surrounding region. Freshly baked gourmet delights are available everyday for afternoon tea.
In the evening, enjoy a canapé plate, seafood platter or BBQ hamper, which can be made to order. We can also arrange dinner at one of Byron Bay’s fabulous restaurants.
Meals are prepared with the freshest of produce, with much being grown on the property or produced by local suppliers.
